Systems
Axis Partners is an AI development consultancy providing AI-powered systems designed to automate and optimise business operations. Systems may include:
- Deployment of pre-built AI systems
- Development of customised AI systems
- System integration within client operations
- Ongoing technical maintenance and support
Access to Axis systems is provided through a monthly retainer-based service agreement, with pricing determined by the systems adopted and whether custom development is required.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during consultations and onboarding
- Use Axis systems in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate internal data protection practices
Intellectual Property
All software, systems, documentation, and intellectual property created by Axis remain the property of Axis Partners unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited licence to use deployed systems for the duration of their service agreement.
Limitation Of Liability
Axis Partners will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our systems, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
Amendments
Axis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or systems constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
