An inbox that sorts itself

We read every email, route it to the right person and draft the replies. You approve and send.

What it does for you

Sorts and prioritises

Every email is labelled by type and urgency, so the ones that matter sit at the top and the rest stop competing for attention.

Drafts in your voice

Replies are drafted using your past emails, your documents and your tone. Nothing is sent without a person approving it unless you choose otherwise.

Routes to the right person

Enquiries, invoices, complaints and supplier emails go straight to whoever handles them, with a summary attached.

Chases what's waiting

Unanswered threads and promised follow-ups are tracked and surfaced before they go cold.

Who it's built for

  • Founders and directors whose inbox has become the job
  • Shared inboxes (sales@, info@, accounts@) that need routing
  • Support teams answering the same questions every day
  • Gmail
  • Outlook / Microsoft 365
  • Slack
  • HubSpot
  • Notion

How it works

  1. Map your inbox

We look at a sample of real email to see what arrives, who handles it and where time goes.

  2. Agree the rules

Categories, routing, tone and what can be automated versus what always needs a human.

  3. Build and test

The system runs alongside you first, drafting but not sending, until you trust it.

  4. Go live and refine

We switch on what you're happy with and review performance monthly.

Common questions

Does the AI send emails without me checking?

Only if you want it to. Most clients start with drafts that a person approves, then allow automatic sending for low-risk replies such as booking confirmations once they trust the output.

Which email providers does it work with?

Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook) are the most common. Other IMAP providers can usually be connected too.

Where is my email data processed?

We agree this with you before anything is built. Access uses secure sign-in rather than shared passwords, and we follow UK GDPR. Our data processing page explains the detail.
