What it does for you

Answers with sources

Every answer links to the exact document and passage it came from, so it can be checked in seconds.

Stays private

Your documents stay within agreed systems and access follows your existing permissions.

Keeps itself current

New and updated documents are picked up automatically from SharePoint, Google Drive or Notion.

Says when it doesn't know

If the answer isn't in your documents, it says so rather than inventing one.

Who it's built for

  • Teams that repeatedly ask the same internal questions
  • Firms working across large contracts, policies or regulation
  • Businesses onboarding new staff who need answers fast
  • SharePoint
  • Google Drive
  • Notion
  • Confluence
  • Slack
  • Microsoft Teams

How it works

  1. Gather the sources

We agree which documents go in, and who should be able to see what.

  2. Build the index

Documents are prepared and indexed so the right passages can be found quickly.

  3. Test with real questions

Your team asks the questions they really ask. We tune until the answers are right.

  4. Roll out

Available in Slack, Teams or a simple web app, with usage and answers logged.

Common questions

What is RAG?

Retrieval-augmented generation. Instead of relying on what an AI model already knows, the system first finds the relevant passages in your documents, then answers using only those. That's what makes the answers accurate and checkable.

Will it make things up?

It's built to answer only from your documents and to cite them. When the answer isn't there, it says so. We test this with your own questions before launch.

Can different staff see different documents?

Yes. Access can follow your existing permissions so people only get answers from documents they're allowed to see.
